Located in the heart of Les Pensières, the restaurant rooms open onto Lake Annecy and overlook the parkland.


They can seat up to 180 guests, at round tables facilitating discussion. Our head chef, who is from the local Haute-Savoie region, concocts varied menus year round using seasonal products and local suppliers whenever possible.

Restaurant areas


The restaurant
is set in the heart of the conference center and featuresa large bay window overlooking the parkland. It can seat up to 100 guests.

The Nicole Mérieux room
enjoys a warm atmosphere with its large tapestry, sofas and fireplace. It also overlooks the parkland and can seat up to 80 guests.This room is fitted with technical equipment and can therefore be used for lunch or dinner lectures.

 

Prof. Ogobara Doumbo room
is a lovely room with exposed beams that seats 64 people. It can also be used as a meeting room as it is fitted with audiovisual equipment.

The Docteur Mérieux study
is ideal for smaller, more intimate lunches and dinners, seating up to 12 people.

Thanks to the chef and his team, you will have an opportunity to discover French cuisine through a variety of delicious dishes. The team is attentive to any dietary requirements and preferences and will adapt to any specific needs and food allergies.

Depending on the event’s schedule, a range of catering options is available, including full breakfasts, coffee breaks, sit-down meals, barbecues, buffets or cocktail dinners. The head chef and his team are on hand to meet any specific requests or customized service.
