Eight well-equipped and user-friendly conference rooms

All our conference rooms are provided with high performance audiovisual and video conferencing equipment and systems, allowing connected and hybrid conferences with face-to-face and distance meetings.

Les Pensières Center is perfectly equipped to deal with everything from the simplest of needs to the most technologically demanding conferences, ensuring a first-class service.

The conference rooms and shared spaces offer an ideal environment in which to reflect and generate new ideas.

The rooms are of various sizes to be able to adapt to all the needs on site: plenary or subcommittee, to all sizes of groups (from 2 to 180 people) and to all arrangements (theater, classroom, rectangle, U).

Our conference rooms

Charles Mérieux room

Completely renovated in 2020, this emblematic room is used as a plenary room for international conferences (control room and integrated translation booth). It has state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and offers multiple possibilities in terms of connected and remote conferences (videoconferences, webinars / streaming, podcasts, etc.). It can accommodate 120 people in class and 180 people in theater on two levels.

Simone Mérieux room

This historic room, with its unique charm, is generally in a U disposition, accommodating 28 people in the bottom section and a row of 6 people on the top section. Ideal for seminars, workshops and board meetings.

Prof. Ogobara Doumbo

Situated on the first floor, with a view of the Mont Veyrier mountain, this room is generally in a rectangle disposition, accommodating 32 people for seminars and team meetings. It can be used as a conference room or restaurant.

Nicole Mérieux room

Looking out over the Les Pensières park and Lake Annecy, this room offers a warm and elegant setting for lunches or conference dinners. It can accommodate up to 80 people in ‘cabaret disposition’.

Chavoires room

Under a wood bean ceiling, this room can accommodate up to 14 people around a square table. It is ideal for meetings or workshops in small groups.

Semnoz room

Situated on the first floor, with an exceptional view of the gardens and Lake Annecy, this bright room is ideal for small meetings, a workshop or a secretariat of up to 7 people.

Mandallaz room

Almost entirely glass paneled, this room offers excellent lighting and can accommodate 8 people around an oval table. It is ideal for meetings or workshops in small groups.

Dr Mérieux study

Former study of Dr. Charles Mérieux, this conference room offers calm and serenity, for meetings, workshops or working lunches in small groups (up to 10 people).
